WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
ABOUT TTT
We believe that local autonomy for energy, food, water and medicine creates the solid ground for any further economic development. It breaks the destructive dependencies from outside (energy-) sources, creating inner security, jobs and sources of income. Small, internationally interlinked ‘Solar Power Villages’ are much less vulnerable to disasters (climate, pandemics, conflicts) compared to the urban megacities.
Technology
The main goal of the Technology Training and Transfer Center is to provide systems and products for the Global South.
All technologies used in the TTT-Center use clean solar radiation as an energy source and convert it into the desired end energy form (heat, cold, electricity, water from the atmosphere).
The TTT Center will get fully functioning demonstrators from the company “SEAWA” (or similar companies), built with the high standard of industrialized countries and adapt them to the possibility of local production and use for Africa (and other countries of the Global South.) Easy to use and produce locally. This should make life easier and bring income and work.

In the Technology, Training & Transfer-Centers complete ‘Solar Power Villages’ are operated on a daily basis by a highly motivated, multiskilled transfer team.
Training & Transfer
-
Selected people from the Global South are invited to live for a period of time with the transfer team within the Solar Power Village, in order to understand in detail its functionality and possibilities.
-
Basing on their gained experience the guests from the Global South define specific versions of Solar Power Villages, adapted to their local needs and possibilities.
-
The transfer team of the TTT Platform and the visitors create in a technical synthesis the specifics of the ‘Solar Power Village’ to be transferred to the homeland of the visiting team.
-
The visitors create a ‘Solar Power Village’ in their homeland and become a member in the international ‘Association of autonomous Solar Power Villages’.

They exchange experiences and ideas. Novel elements will be developed in one of a chain of TTT Platforms.

TTT
CENTERS
AROUND THE WORLD
In due time there will be TTT Centers around the world. Currently there is a development Center in Germany and the first TTT Center has been opened in Portugal.

TTT
CENTER
PORTUGAL
The TTT Center starts with fully functioning demonstrators, built with the high standard of industrialized countries and is adapting them to the possibility of local production and use for the Global South.)
This ‘Solar Power Village’ is operated on a daily basis by a highly motivated, multiskilled transfer team.

A second, parallel, action of the TTT center will bring these systems to the disposition of the Mediterranean countries of Europe such as Portugal itself, mainly to contribute mastering the threats caused by the rapidly growing impacts of the climate change (water scarcity, desertification,...).
